Easy Shaved Beef in Greek Flat Bread Recipe


Slice the green bell pepper, julienne style; same thing with the onions. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet. Saute green bell pepper and onion for at least 3 mins in a medium-high heat. When the onion is already translucent, add the shaved beef, mix it until it becomes brown, add mushroom, season with salt and pepper. Melt cheese on top. Heat the greek flatbread for 10 seconds, fill it with beef. Fold in half and serve.
