Thanksgiving is one of the holidays that I struggle to prepare a dinner for two. We are a childless couple, it seems easy to cook for two but not really. Sometimes cooking for a big family is a lot better than preparing a dinner for two. This year, we decided to cook turkey for our thanksgiving dinner, we tried to find a small turkey but it’s hard to buy a small one, luckily we found this 12 pounds of Fresh Turkey, it still big for the two of us but we got it anyway. For the side dish, I baked corn bread, turkey stuffing, sweet potatoes, and a slice of jellied cranberry, and apple pie for our dessert. It’s a simple thanksgiving dinner but we are happy that we’re still able to celebrate thanksgiving dinner during this pandemic.
